岗位描述/职责

1. 布置工具管理员对刀具库的日常库存管理，物料发放及收货

2. 培训工具管理员对切削刀具装配、测量

3. 根据生产计划在刀具管理系统(COSCOM)中安排刀具安装清单

4. 所有相关切削刀具及部分非生产性物料的采购工作

5. 维护稳定供应商价格、质量及交货期

6. 对机床发生的刀具紧急事故进行处理

7. 完成上级委派的其他工作

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Assign Tools Controller to maintain Tool Room’s stock include goods issue and receipt

2. Coach Controller assembly and measure cutting-tools

3. According to Tools Distribution, place Tool circulation list in Tool Manage System(COSCOM)

4. Place orders for all related cutting-tools and MRO commodities

5. Keep supplier’s price, quality and delivery

6. Cope with cutting-tools’ emergency by CNC machine

7. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior

工作要求/标准

1. 具备至少3年或以上机械相关类采购经验

2. 大学本科或以上机械类专业

3. 熟悉数控机床切削刀具

4. 良好的英语交流能力

5. 对工作认真负责，有良好工作态度

6. ERP系统操作经验，熟悉SAP优先

Job Requirement

1. At least 3 years purchasing experience in related mechanic field

2. Bachelor or above degree majored in Engineering

3. Familiar with Cutting-tools is a plus

4. Good advanced knowledge of spoken & written English

5. Be reliable and excellent attitude to high stress work

6. Experience in ERP system, SAP is preferred
