Main responsibilities & tasks:

Make maintenance and inspection contents and plans for production equipment in related area of responsibility.
制定生产设备维护点检内容及计划；
Organize the repair work and solve mechanical problems for the whole machines independently.
独立组织并解决加维修工作，解决所有设备的机械问题；
Count up and analyze the equipment’s status and fault conditions, come up with improved and optimized measures constantly.
统计分析设备的状态和故障情况，并不断提出改进优化措施；
Count up and analyze the cost conditions of the spare parts and consumable materials .
统计分析备件及材料消耗情况；
Carry out and supervise maintenance items and improve the items.
实施和监督维护项目，及改善项目；
Analyze the fault cause every regular time interval, and provide with improvement measures, finish solving the difficulty problems of the equipment in related area under the deadline, and coordinate with external resources to ensure the equipment in good working order.
定期分析故障原因和改善措施，并于限期内完成负责本区域内设备的疑难故障保证设备正常生产；
Responsible for communicating the safety of government and corporate headquarters , environmental policy , and urged its implementation within the company ;
负责传达政府及集团总部的安全、环保政策，并督促其在公司内部的推行；
Construction design review in relation to the construction site safe and civilized , urging contractors to establish and improve construction safety culture production systems , safety technology and safety technology procedures, certificates and other special operations implementation .
审查施工组织设计中有关现场安全文明施工的内容，督促承包商建立和完善安全文明施工生产制度、安全技术措施及安全技术操作规程、特种作业持证上岗等执行情况。
Responsible for the admission of foreign workers and contractors EHS education. Three training system to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the former employees to get job training and pass the examination.
负责对承包商和外来人员的入场EHS教育。执行三级培训体系确保公司员工上岗前获得规定的培训并通过考核。
Regularly organize safety, health and environmental risk assessment checks , supervise personnel to complete the rectification and risk reduction measures . EHS regularly carry out advocacy work ;
定期组织安全、健康环境检查和风险评估，督促相关人员完成整改和风险降低措施。定期开展EHS宣传工作；
EHS responsible for collating documents, safekeeping, updating; Completion of various EHS reports.
负责EHS文件的整理、保管、更新；完成各类EHS相关报告。

Other specific requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, mechanical or electrical background
3-5 years maintenance experience
Project Management skills
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with TPM
Enjoy working with others
Leadership skills for a maintenance team
Familiar in working with MS Office software
Good communication skills, structured working style, team player, reliable
Good skills in speaking and reading English
