Position Purpose: Promotes the most effective use of company funds in the process of acquiring and dispersing maintenance materials and services. Responsible for coordinating downtime scheduling and maintenance project planning and purchasing non-stock replenishment parts. Will research and coordinate work scope requirements with supervisor’s to ensure that proper supplies & services are available.

Major Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1. Prepare work orders in the most efficient and effective manner for pre-scheduled downtime on equipment so as to ensure minimal interruption of production.
针对预先规划的设备停机快速有效地制定工作单，确保生产中断时间最短；
2. Review requests for purchase orders for the Maintenance Department. Analyze each item for quantity, specifications and delivery requirements.
为维修部评审采购申请，分析每项采购的数量、技术规范和交货时间等要求；
3. Develop substitutes if parts or supplies are obsolete or not available, or if a more economical product might be satisfactory. Responsible for the non-stock replenishment of parts.
如果需要采购的零配件或材料型号已经很旧或找不到供应商，则需研究提出其替代品；或者找到其他性价比满意的替代品。另外，还需负责库存中没有的零配件的供应；
4. Receive and analyze quotations and compare competitive products for desirability and use.
接收并分析采购品的报价，并进行比较，根据使用等方面的要求采购有竞争力的产品；
5. Evaluate vendor performance based on personal knowledge of prices and deliveries.
根据价格和交货时间等对供应商的表现进行评价；
6. Arrange for, procure and/or contract for all inbound freight requirements for all parts and supplies. Follow up and expedite as necessary.
对所有零配件和材料的国内采购、运输和/合同做出安排；
7. Maintain an economically justified inventory level of certain parts and supplies in an efficient and effective manner.
对特定零配件和材料快速有效地维护其经济合理的库存水平；
8. Schedule weekly maintenance downtime in an efficient and effective manner and be a resource for Supervisor’s in this effort. Correspond with Maintenance staff on all aspects of schedules, preventive maintenance and downtime.
快速有效地制定每周维护停机计划，为各班组长执行此计划提供相关的资源，并且在维护计划、预防性维护及停机安排等方面与维护人员密切沟通配合；
9. Plan and coordinate maintenance projects ensuring that necessary parts and equipment are available.
制定筹划各维护项目，并进行协调，确保必要的零配件等的供应；
10. Be a primary resource for assisting in the maintenance of the computerized maintenance system for equipment history, parts reliability, PM schedules and work orders.
对设备台账、零配件可靠性、预防性维护计划、工单等电子化的维护系统提供维护支持，并应成为能够提供此支持的主要资源；
11. Provide administrative support duties to the Facilities Manager or designee.
为维修经理或其指定的人员提供行政方面的支持；
12. May assist the facilities primary buyer and the corporate buyer on special projects.
在各个特殊项目上为设备主要采购人员或公司采购部门提供支持；
13. Maintain and adhere to ISO standards, including but not limited to, the Quality Policy Statement as well as the Quality Control Procedures Manual.
维护并遵守ISO标准，包括但不限于质量方针、质量控制程序手册等。

Position Qualifications:
资质要求
1. Must be knowledgeable of equipment, and its technical application, when used in an Industrial Maintenance setting. Previous experience in a maintenance dept preferred.
必须对设备有一定的了解，包括其技术应用以及维护维修知识，有维护经验的人员优先；
2. College degree required and a 2-yr degree in a maintenance related field desirable or 2- 4 years of equivalent experience.
至少大专学历，在维护维修方面有2年学习经历和相关学位的人员优先，或者有2-4年的同等相关经验；
3. Requires extensive organizational skills and an ability to communicate and coordinate with others, to manage and engage in multiple tasks and to identify and resolve problems in all areas of assignment.
有很强的组织能力，较强的沟通和协调能力，能够管理和同时参与多项任务，并在多个任务的各个方面确认和解决存在的问题；
4. Must be able to develop a strong knowledge base of all maintenance equipment, parts, supplies and services.

5. Familiarity with word, Excel, AS400 or other maintenance planning software.
熟悉Word、Excel、AS400或其他维护规划软件；
6. Key Leadership/Performance Competencies: Results Oriented, Timely in Quality Decision Making, Able to Set and Coordinate Priorities, Effective Time Management, Professional Integrity and Self-Motivated.
