工作职责Job Description

§ Abide by the laws and regulations of customs, commodity inspection authority and government agency etc, comply with Biomet code of conduct.

§ 遵守海关、商检等国家机关的法律法规并且遵守巴奥米特的行为准则；

§ Responsible for the records and annual examination of customs and commodity inspection.

§ 及时办理海关、商检的备案和年审；

§ Apply for licenses and documents of import and export materials, equipment, and finished products needed.

§ 及时申请办理进出口物料、设备，机电产品，成品等所需的各类许可证件或批文；

§ Apply for, update and verify trading manual timely, contact with warehouse, engineering and production closely, monitor the implementation of trading manual to ensure business developing well.

§ 及时申领、变更和核销加工贸易手册,与仓库、工程、生产紧密联系，监控加工贸易手册的执行状况，确保加工贸易业务的正常开展；

§ Cooperation and communication with Cargo agency, customs, commodity inspection, customs broker and supervised warehouse closely, solve sudden problem happened during the process of import and export clearance, ensure cargo arrive in plant on time to meet the requirement of production.

§ 与货代、海关、商检、报关行、监管仓库等部门紧密配合与沟通，解决在进出口通关过程中出现的突发问题，确保货物顺利、及时运抵工厂，满足生产的需要；

§ Tracking customs declaration and provide to finance in time.

§ 追踪报关单的及时退单，及时地提交财务；

§ Apply for the expense of monthly clearance freight.

§ 每月清关运输费用的申请；

§ Statistics of monthly import & export statement

§ 统计每月的进出口报表；

§ Support EHS on the timely scrap disposal;

§ 配合EHS安排废弃物及时出区；

§ Implement the temporary work assigned by immediate superior.

§ 完成上级领导临时交办的其他工作。

资格要求Job Qualification:

§ College degree or above, with basic English communication skills.

§ 大专及以上，具备普通英文沟通能力；

§ Should have knowledge of Outlook, Word; Excel; PowerPoint and related software.

§ 熟练应用计算机相关办公软件；

§ Honest, responsible, work hard under pressure

§ 诚实，认真，负责，有耐压力；

§ Customs declaration certificate or inspection certificate preferred.

§ 持报关员证，报检员证者优先。
