Job Requirements
1.Perform metrology inspection via, CMM programming, or optical inspection as assigned, and fully manage incoming workload to meet the needs of our internal customers.
2.Analyze dimensional results to give feedback to the product team.
3.Set up dimensional inspection plans and perform datum alignments on CAD models.
4.Create, execute, and provide feedback for GR&R, MSA, correlation studies and capability studies.
5.Evaluate drawing to determine the best method to measure a part and work with and provide feedback to engineering.
6.Evaluate and select best methods to convey dimensional differences visually, perform sectioning, measurements
7.Develop CT related knowledge base, participate in the review of results with engineering and quality departments, and create best practices for the dimensional disposition process.
8.Understand, support and contribute to current LEMAN Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
9.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

1 Diploma or above with Mechanical Engineering or relevant education background
2.Min 2 year measurement working experience.
3.Familiar with computer skill.

4.Be good at English reading and writing.

5.Knowledge of using measurement equipment such as vernier calliper, thickness gauge, and profile projector.

6.Knowledge of 2D/3D drawing and able to perform measurement according to drawing.

7.Team player.
