Responsibilities:
1.Provide planning support to all engineering managers for project bidding and project design and testing, and clearly define project engineering content and design plan.
从计划角度协助项目内各经理进行设计及投标工作，在经理的指导下，明确定义项目设计内容及设计周期。
2.Improve and optimize planning of activities and schedule management, within Engineering Department. Generate and maintain process documents for engineering planning.
改进并优化部门计划工作的管理流程，确保部门计划的准时发布及维护；
3.Prepare (with the support of the project engineering teams), detailed project plans for engineering activities which achieve the project objectives. Plan required resources and availability; foresee resource conflicts within the team or between different teams/functions and duly coordinate. Identify and report issues requiring management action.
编制（由工程项目团队支持），细化工程活动的项目计划，满足项目目标。对需要的资源以及其可获得性进行计划，预测部门活不同团队、小组间所需资源矛盾；并做适当调整。对需要管理层动作的问题进行定义和报告。
4.Support Lead Engineers to coordinate engineering activities to ensure that they are conducted in a timely manner, in accordance with the project plans.
支持系统工程师，协调工程活动，确保其按项目计划，准时完成。
5.Follow-up and pro-actively push the implementation of each schedule；
跟踪并且大力推进每个计划的执行；
6.Compile KPIs to trace the project status and keep up-to-date.
根据项目管理的要求，制定符合项目追踪的KPI，并确保及时更新。
7.Summarize the implementation of each project. Evaluate and report project risks and opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement or corrective actions.
定期进行项目总结和对项目中存在的风险进行评估并向经理提出建议。
8.Foresee the risks and blocking items in time, and take the initiative to communicate to relevant parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
预见并及时发现项目中的风险与阻碍项，主动沟通，确保项目顺利执行
9.Compile and ensure the accuracy of engineering department reports (weekl reports.) Support Lead Engineers to prepare project reports and KPIs.
编制并确保工程部报告的准确性（周报）；挟制系统工程师编制项目报告和KPI。

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree
本科
2.Engineering/project management 2 years experience
工程/项目管理经验2年
3.Good oral and written English (CET4 or above)
良好的英语听说写能力。(CET4)
4.Good IT tools skills (Microsoft office especially Excel), Competent user of planning software such as MS Project, Primavera etc.
熟练的IT技能（特别是Excel）,会使用有计划软件，MS项目等
