Responsibilities

1) Communicate the recruitment needs and provide effective recruitment solutions

2) Develop various recruitment channels, such as headhunter, job fair, campus recruitment, outsourcing management

3) Build relationship with university and technical school for future development

4) Coordinate candidate selection, reference check and hiring decision making process

5) Handle new employee offer and on-board process

6) Maintain and update recruitment report for candidate information, recruitment process, cost analysis and etc.

7) Other jobs assigned

Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree or above with human resources management education background

2) 3+ years' related working experience, manufacturing industry background is preferred

3) Good interpersonal and influencing skills; effective communication with people from different cultures; High level of customer focus and commercial awareness; self-initiative & result oriented; able to handle multi-tasks
