职位描述
Role’s Mission:
Contributing to the correct development of projects for the China customers, through ensuring compliance of demanded quality requirements. The main target of the role is to implement Quality Development from the initial phase of a project until the transfer to plant industrialization.
Responsibility areas of the role:
The position is based at the Zanini Changzhou production facility, and reports both to the Plant Manager, and to the China Sales & Engineering Manager, based in Shanghai. As a part of the core team that develops projects, will work together with the Project Managers, and is the responsible of meeting the Quality requirements and procedures (internal or clients requirements) in the different stages of development of new products.
Responsibilities and tasks of the role:
1) Ensure compliance with the quality requirements demanded by the client at different stages of product development. Leads APQP 's ( with customers and tracking overall approval ( DVP (Design Validation Plan) and PVT (Production Validation Test).
2) Supports both Process FMEA and Design FMEA.
3) Development of Media Control (gauges) and their timing, monitoring and validation (R & R) . Making specifications.
4) Validation of new products and processes by conducting approval tests, being responsible for creating a timing accreditation, monitoring and compliance to both internal and external tests , with the help of the central laboratory .
5) Validation of initial samples submitted by providers, with the help of SQA . And validation samples and first internal pieces
6) Actively participates in studies of tolerances, and on the drawings.
7) Development reports approval (PPAP ), with the support of plant quality studies to verify capacity ( Cp Cpk'sy 's)
8) Participation in the preparation of Run @ Rate
9 ) Establishment of control plans in production and standard samples .
10) Responsible of development and documentation of processes and manufacturing methods in the early stages. (proposed packing slip, lay-out, method of work )
11) Responsible of validation of useful collaboration in conducting the pre -series.
12) Responsible to manage the plant, planning and carrying out the tests. + Test Sheets evidence inventory .
13) Responsible of making internat test sheets.
14) Identification Test.
15) Turnover tests.
16) Responsible of ensuring the availability of materials, components and everything related to the project, for each test.
17 ) Responsible of the completion of the FMEA process.
18) Enter the BaaN structure routes, purchase contract + maintenance.
19 ) Responsible of preparing the ground for PCOS .
20) Has to refers to Program Management responsible of the project the results of the tests and manage the stock of the pre -series and tests .
21) Responsible of the continuous monitoring of projects in the development process.
22) Responsible to manage the issue of transportation of samples with corresponding labeling and packaging
