职位描述
Role’s mission: Contributing to the launching of Zanini’s new Manufacturing Site in China, through the responsibility in the Financial Area (industrial plant, as well as Zanini’s Branch).
Responsibilities and tasks of the role:
- Accounting and administration (recording invoicing, banking records, accounting control, payments to suppliers...)
- Taxes administration.
- Cash Flow management including forecasts.
- Financial reporting to headquarters in Spain (trial balance, P&L, Budget comparison etc...)
- Annual budgeting process.
- Proper application and performance of accounting rules , following of internal (Zanini) procedures
- Leads and coordinates with headquarters on local negotiation with banks, accounting audits, tax advisor, tax office, lawyer...)
- Cash withdrawals from bank if it is necessary.
- Payment to suppliers
- Internal control procedures (approvals, etc...)
- Payroll accounting
- Financing search not required.

- Required licenses to perform this function in Chinese companies is a must

- English (high level written – spoken)
- Spanish language is a plus.
- Computer skills high level.
Advisable professional experience
- Experience in multinational foreign companies with headquarters out of China.
- Experience in manufacturing industry (automotive would be a plus)
- Previous experience and background as Senior Accountant / Controller (at least 3-5 years) with ERP computer system.

Some months ago, the chinese society was created: Zanini (Changhzhou)
Autoparts, Co.Ltd., and in October 2013 the building of the new production
site in Changzhou started. Zanini’s brand new plant in China will start
operations in May 2014, and we are starting to look for our team of new
employees through diverse selection processes.
