1. 基本职责Essential

? Diagnosis and analyzis of mechanic and hydraulic issues and problems.

诊断并分析机器上发生的机械与液压问题。

? Support maintenance-staff on site in trouble shooting.

支持维修人员进行故障排除。

? Perform modifications (mechanical and hydraulic) on existing equipment if necessary.

对设备执行必要的机械与液压方面的更新及更改。

? Work with AUTOCAD and modify existing drawings as well as design new parts if necessary.

应用AUTOCAD对现有设备进行改造以及必要时进行新部件的设计。

? Set up and update preventive maintenance plans and inspection books.

更新并编制所有设备机械方面的预防性维护计划及检查说明。

? Keep machine and equipment documentation up to date.

保证机器设备所有资料进行了备份并确保所有的备份都是最新。

? Be responsible for complete documentation especially the mechanical part and control access to documentation.

负责机械方面的文档管理以及文档的访问控制。

? Specify spare parts.

指定机械上的备品备件。

? Develop technical solutions together with PPT to improve the existing machinery and equipment.

与PPT部门一起进行设备的技术问题的开发以便于优化设备。

2. 环境安全职责Environmental & Safty

? Follow the safety and environmental rules of VCHA

遵守VCHA的安全环境规则

? Follow the 5S rules during maintenance repair-work.

在维修工作中遵守5S规则

? Play an active role in improving the safety situation in your department.

积极促进本部门的安全状况的得高与改善

? Follow and improve the recycling procedures such as separate waste (package, paper, plastic…) and store waste in the proper storages and containers

遵守并完善可回收利用程序如区分可回收垃圾（包装箱，纸张，塑料）并将其分类存贮

3. 资质要求Qualifications:

教育背景Education:

Graduation from 3 years junior college as mechanician.机械专业大专以上学历

工作经验Experience:

Several years work experience in hydraulics.有液压方面几年的工作经验

技术技能Technique:

Specialization in the field of hydraulic专业的液压领域知识

外语要求Foreign language：

Good English skills oral and in writing. 好的英语读写能力及熟练的口语能力
