工作职责Job Description:

Ensures that all aspects of safety, quality and regulatory policies are strictly adhered to before all else.

Actively develops and supports Lean initiatives and ensures total participation and continuous improvements are realized and maintained.

积极制定并支持精益生产活动,实现全员参与并推动持续改善。

Coordinate production, packaging and warehousing activities (when applicable) in accordance with policies, and procedures established by the company. Develop and drives daily production metrics for safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

协调生产，包装及仓库的相关事项使之符合公司制度和规定的流程，制定并推动日常生产以确保达到安全，质量和准时交货的要求。

Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees working with supervision to push decision-making and problem solving to the supervisors and down the organization.

制定原材料，机器和人力的有效使用率计划，监督并推动下属主管的决策制定和问题解决能力。

Reviews and works with support groups to optimize production costs, product quality, production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division. Confers representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded service of supplier parts

与相关部门一起审核并优化分析生产成本，产品质量，生产和库存控制方案, 维护并提高各部门的正常运营利润。 安排相关行业的代表人评估和改进供应商对产品的增值服务。

Ensures company policies and procedures are applied equitably and consistently throughout the Production area.

确保合理地运用公司政策和流程使之贯穿于各生产区域

Provides input into budget development for dept. Ensures compliance with approved budget targets. Monitors spending and discusses variances with Supervisor.

制定本部门的预算计划使之符合批准的预算目标。监督经费并与主管们讨论其差异

Coordinates activities between shifts and builds communication to ensure smooth transition, high output and quality. Actively manages and participates with “off-shifts” on a regular basis. Encourages discussion and input to resolve problems and build strong teams and relationships.

协调各班次之间的事务, 建立良好的沟通以确保各班的正常交接从而达到高产量和高品质的要求。积极地管理并参与日常“换班”事务，鼓励讨论并推动解决问题，建立起强固的团队关系。

Acts with a sense of urgency to resolve downtime, through put constraints and escalates any issue that cannot be immediately resolved. 解决停机突发事件,排除故障及不能立即解决的任何问题。

Job qualification

8 Years or above production management experience including at least 3 years class 100K or 10K clean room production management experience, medical devices sterile packing experience is preferred

Familiar with ISO13485 quality system and internal auditor certification holder is preferred

Familiar with lean&6 Sigma production and green belt holder
