Principal Accountabilities:
？1.Implement the process quality control plan and final inspection to ensure process and product under control.
？2.Analysis and adopt effective action for manufacture defects and scrap during process
？3.Lead the process improvement activities and organize regular product line audit
？4.Support PQC and FQC inspectors to make decision for inspection results
？5.Root cause analysis and take action plan for customer complaint link with own manufacture process and venders
？6.Handle and support daily issue with related Dept.
？7.Participate in the potential supplier evaluation and development, conduct quality system assessment for new suppliers to ensure they meet the requirements.
？8.Manage third- part auditing and follow up relevant NCs
？9.Other assigned tasks
Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:
1.Have 5+ years experience in process quality control in mechanical industry, experience in electrical industry is a plus.
2.With official quality engineer certificate, 6 sigma GB certificate.
3.Have experience in ISO 9001 quality system establishment and sustaining.
4.Good command in English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking.
5.Good at team building and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
6.Good at quality tool application, such as SPC, FMEA, CAR, 8D, etc..
