1. 基本职责Essential

- 督促车间工人遵守公司的各项规章制度和质量体系要求Supervise the operators to do things according to the regulations of company and the quality system

- 确保生产产品质量符合技术要求Make sure tubes meet quality requirements.

- 根据公司生产计划要求完成日生产任务Finish the daily task according to the weekly production plan.

- 对生产员工进行考核evaluate operators daily performance fairly

- 督促生产员工作好交接班记录和当日生产报表Hand over and take over the production work clearly from other shift and make a clearly record.

- 现场”5S” 管理. Keep 5S management in line

- 每日班后及时填写生产报表，收集当班工时单Fill in the production daily report and collect products hours report which need input into SAP

- 跟踪需返工管的处理状况和进程，根据NCR要求指导员工的返工工作Follow up issue tubes handling progress and instruct operators how to rework tube according NCR requests

- 参与员工培训体系的执行和考核 involved in Training system and operator skill evaluation

- 监督员工设备点检，自主维护的执行状况。 Supervise machine daily check and autonomous maintenance which done by operators

资质要求Qualifications:

1. 教育背景Education:

高中以上学历，机械类专业尤佳/Senior high school above, machenical major is better

2. 工作经验Experience:

3年以上机械类工作经验/3years machining production experience

3.技术技能Technique:

具备岗位技能2级及以上,良好的指导技能,并熟悉产品生产流程和要求

skill above level 2 regarding training system, good job instruction ability, familiar with production process and requirements

4.外语要求Foreign language：

能看懂工艺卡 Can understanding English words in process card

5.能力要求Ability:

具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织安排能力Has the good communication coordinated ability, the organization ability.
