Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Responsible to manage the lab and test room, which standardize and implement management of laboratory according to system requirement, form invalid and standard implementing document, impel according to plan and improve continuously;

拥有对实验室/试验室的管理职责，按体系要求规范推行实验室的管理工作，形成有效、规范的实施文件，按计划推进并持续改进；

· Responsible to finish the incoming inspection, process supervising and finish part inspection according to control plan, and responsible to finish the relevant reports;

负责按照控制计划对来料和生产产品进行检验，并完成相关报告；

· Responsible to plan the test conditions according to his own responsibility, including the infrastructures, test equipments, and the relevant software. Also responsible to decide the types, quantities, delivery time and checking of purchasing;

负责规划职责范围内的实验条件，包括基础设施、实验设备及相关软件，决定采购的型号、数量、供货期以及验收；

· Responsible for daily maintenance, calibrating of test equipments, and supervising of the infrastructures and equipment situation; when there is abnormity, he must handle it as soon as possible;

负责职责范围内实验设备的日常维护、校准及保养，并监控其基础设施，设备的状态。发现异常，立即处理；

· Responsible to organize to finish the company entrusted quality analyses & inspections or release inspections and finish the relevant reports.

负责组织公司委托的针对质量检验问题的分析检验检验或认可检验；并完成相关报告；

· According to company general strategic objective to stipulate for long-term, annual, monthly working plan of laboratory and weekly working plan;

根据公司总体战略目标制订实验室中长期、年度、阶段、每月工作计划及每周工作计划；

· Other tasks assigned by quality department manager.

其他由质量部经理布置的工作。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Education: Bachelor or above degree, having good knowledge in metal material and heat treatment；

教育背景：本科或以上学历，具备金属材料及热处理的相关知识；

· Professional experiences: A minimum of 5 years experience in heat treatment operations or a combination of a minimum of 5 years of formal metallurgical education and heat treatment experience. Skill for usage and daily management and maintenance of metal testing equipments. Finish the capacity analysis of measurement tooling and equipments independently;

专业背景：具备至少5年以上的热处理操作经验或正规的冶金学教育和热处理经验加起来至少5年。具备金属检测设备的使用、日常管理及维护能力，能够独立完成检具及检测设备的能力分析；

· Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;

语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；
