Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Customer management; 客户管理

- Responsible to organize and follow up the process of customer complaint;

负责组织并跟踪顾客抱怨的处理；

- Supply to customers technical support and service;

提供顾客技术支持和服务；

- Responsible for relevant targets in customer management;

负责顾客管理相关的目标；

- Responsible for organizing to develop Lesson Learned for customer complaint;

负责组织开展客户抱怨的Lesson Learned；

· Production process management; 生产过程管理

- Responsible for monitoring of production process and improvement of production quality;

负责生产过程监督及生产质量改进;

- Responsible for definition of the quality targets in the own responsibility and follow up;

负责确定并跟踪执行职责范围内的质量目标；

- Undertake doing Process audit, and following up improvement process and report‘s close status;

负责做过程审核，并跟踪改进过程和报告关闭状态；

- Responsible for Management of Traceability and identify of product;

负责产品标识和追溯性管理;

- Responsible to organize handling, analyzing and tracing the Not OK parts;

负责组织处理、分析及追溯不合格品；

- Responsible for the request of special release;

负责特殊许可的操作；

- Responsible to collect and define the product failure catalog;

负责收集并定义产品缺陷目录；

- Responsible for training for responsible procedure and rework work instruction;

负责组织职责范围内的相关程序文件、返修作业指导的培训;

· Control plan and PFMEA控制计划及PFMEA

- Responsible to establish, update and optimize the control plan;

负责更新、优化批量控制计划；

- Responsible to support HQ to establish pre-launch control plan;

负责协助总部制定预批量控制计划；

- Responsible for control plan training and supervise implement status;

负责控制计划的培训及监控执行状态；

- Responsible to maintain the master data of SAP QM module, release incoming goods and handle defect parts etc.

负责维护SAP QM模块的主数据及SAP中来料控制计划的维护；

- Responsible for definition skip lot rule;

负责组织定义来料跳批检测规则；

- Responsible to update PFMEA during serial production period;

负责批产后PFMEA的更新；

· Project quality management 项目质量管理

- Responsible for tracking project quality status;

负责项目质量状态跟踪；

- Responsible for organization of project internal release;

负责组织项目阶段内部认可；

- Responsible for process readiness audit;

负责生产准备就绪过程审核；

- Responsible for confirmation of quality and process change for components;

负责零件当发生产品和过程工艺更改时的质量确认；

- Responsible for operating IMDS.

负责操作IMDS

- Responsible for handling project products including failure parts;

负责项目阶段产品处理，包括不合格品的处理；

- Responsible for definition of Sample Catalogue;

负责项目阶段样品目录的定义；

- Responsible for discussion of quality release with customer quality department;

负责与客户（质量部门）协商质量认可方案；

- Responsible to support related project audit of customer quality department;

负责支持客户（质量部门）的相关项目审核；

- Responsible to write work instruction for rework, repair or/and selection caused by supplier quality problem;

负责编写由供应商原因及项目阶段的返工、返修及挑选作业指导书；

- Responsible for Management of Traceability and identify of product during project period;

负责项目阶段产品标识和追溯性管理。

- Responsible for the application of special release during project period;

负责项目阶段的特殊放行申请；

- Responsible for maintaining the master data of SAP QM module;

负责维护SAP QM模块的主数据等；

- Responsible for editing and updating procedure on current position;

负责本岗位程序文件的编制和更新；

- Responsible for making the quality report of own Responsibility Scope;

负责编制职责范围内的质量报告；

- Responsible for purchase application on current position;

负责本岗位的采购申请;

- Other tasks assigned by quality manager.

其他由质量部经理布置的工作。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· (Education/age): Bachelor or above degree, having good knowledge in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering;

教育背景：本科或以上学历，具备机械工程或汽车工程相关知识；

· (Professional experiences): More than 2 years work experiences in the quality control of the production lines. Familiar with the quality tools in the automotive industry;

专业背景：有2年以上生产线质量控制的工作经验；了解汽车工业的质量工具；

· (Foreign languages and level): Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;

语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；

· (Social capabilities and working altitude): 交流能力及工作态度
