4.Responsible for office daily consumables supplies and maintenance

Activities活动
Documents of the product preparation产品准备文件
1.Edit the product configuration, and sent to the relevant departments.
编辑产品配置表，发送到相关部门。
2.According to production plan and configuration, print product inspection documents, bounding and labelling.
依据生产计划和产品的各种配置，打印产品过程检验文件，装订成册，做标签。
3.Transfer between the production line and the plan department related product SIK card ID serial number, and transfer product license code information.
传递生产线与计划部门间有关产品SIK卡ID编号及产品许可证代码的有信息。
Documents of the product delivery产品交付文件
1.Fill in the product factory inspection report.
填写产品出厂检验报告。
2.Copy critical component testing report and providing to the customer.
复印并提供关键部件测试报告给顾客的。
3.Preparation documentation checklist and packing list.
准备文件清单和装箱清单。
4.Preparation finished goods storage lists and packaging label.
准备成品入库单和包装标识。
5.Printing and checking boxed documents.
打印并清点装箱文件。
6.Editing machine nameplate and transmission purchase information.
编辑机床铭牌，传递采购信息。
7. The collection distributes critical component manual in the production line.
收集分布于生产线的重要部件使用说明书。
8.Printing and burning machine backup, PLC and option CD.
打印和刻录机床备份、PLC、选件光盘。
9.Copy packing list, providing a complete accessory documentation.
复印装箱清单，提供完整的随机文件。
10.Taking back the recorded document.
收回已包装的产品记录文件。
Documents archiving文件存档
1.Creating an electronic version of the product archive file, Naming the document and placed in the server specified location.
制作电子版的产品存档文件，命名文档并放置在服务器指定位置。
2.Collating, binding and reserving the original document.
整理、装订和保存原始的产品存档文件。
确保文件正确、完整，统一。


Competencies required for the position岗位要求
Knowledge/Training/Experiences知识/培训/经验:
1.College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related studies
机械工程或相关专业，专科以上毕业。
2.Initiative, high sense of responsibility, organization and coordination and team building ability
要求工作主动，责任心强，具有组织协调和团队建设能力
3.Know about related information in QEHS of this position,　such as identification of EHS environment factors and hazard, solid waste classification and chemical management　and so on.
了解本岗位有关的环保、职业健康及安全的内容（如环境因素及危险源识别，固体废弃物分类，化学品管理等等）
4.The excellent can be accepted with partially meeting above requirements.
