职位描述
Responsibilities职责:
"1. Liaise with local government agency on HSE matters. 就健康安全环境有关事宜和当地政府有关部门联络
2. Develop and maintain ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system. 建立及保持ISO14001 & OHSAS18001管理体系
3. Work with plant management team to develop and execute HSE Improvement Plan, and drive continuously improvement in HSE area.
和工厂管理团队合作建立及推行健康安全环境改进计划，并推动在健康安全环境方面的持续改善
4. Coordinate and deliver HSE training and education to improve HSE skill, knowledge and awareness continuously.
组织及进行健康安全环境培训和教育，持续提高员工的健康安全环境技能、知识和意识
5. Work with plant management team to execute local HSE regulations and Corporate HSE requirements.
和工厂管理团队合作，执行当地有关健康安全环境法律法规，以及总部在健康安全环境方面的要求.
6. Conduct audit and inspection to identify improvement opportunities. 进行检查和审核以确定改善机会
7. Encourage & create employee engagement， Develop necessary HSE training programs
鼓励员工参与，开发必要的安全环境健康培训体系
8. Accident investigation, TIPSS-S reports and following up the corrective actions
组织事故的调查, 运用TIPSS-S报告来分析问题并跟踪改善方案。
9. Provide HSE technical support to projects. 为项目提供健康安全环境专业技术支持
10. Complete HSE report on time as required. 按时完成所需健康安全环境报告
11. Coordinate plant HSE Committee activities. 协调组织工厂健康安全环境委员会的日常活动
12. Others as assigned by management. 其它由管理层指派的工作任务。

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历
A）Essential 基本要求：
1. 熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业健康安全体系；
Be familiar with ISO14001 system and OHSAS18001 system;
2. 熟悉中国HSE和消防法律体系；
Familiar with ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system; Be familiar with Chinese HSE and fire prevention legislation system.
3. 有良好的培训师素质，善于人际沟通与协商；
Has outstanding trainer instinct, good at communication and negotiation.
4. 可用英语交流，熟练操作电脑
Ability to Communicate in English and computer literacy
Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：
A) Essential 基本要求：Bachelor’s degree on HSE related area. 安全健康环境有关学士学位
Experience Required 工作经验：
More than 5 years HSE management experience in multi-national company.
在外资企业有5年以上健康安全环境管理经验。
态度/Attitude:
Strong ownership, self-driven, strong sense of discipline. 良好的责任感，自主，良好的纪律性。
