DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

? Support plant production objectives by maintaining plant facilities in working order.维护工厂设施正常工作确保生产目标达成。
? Oversee and supervise the hourly workers involved in the daily upkeep and repair of the building, facilities.巡视，监管和维修厂房设备。
? Take care of emergency situations that threaten safety of either workers or property.应对威胁到职员和财产安全的紧急情况。
? In charge of all energy facilities working well to ensure production equipment running, including electric power station, air compressor, cooling water system, waste water treatment system, exhaust system etc.管理所有能源设施工作，包括电力站，空压机，冷却系统，废水处理系统，废弃物处理系统等。
? Maintain the building in good condition 保证工厂建筑良好状态。
? Plan and maintain the energy pipelines for all production equipments.规划，管理所有生产设备的能源布线。
? Prepare and implement the PM plan for all facilities 准备和执行所有设施的PM计划。
? Prepare the spare part for all facilities准备所有设施的零备件
? Rapid trouble shooting in case快速解决问题
? Monitor the energy consuming and search the cost reduction opportunities监管能源消耗，寻找降低成本的机会
? Training the operation as required按要求培训操作流程
? Other duties as assigned其他布置的事情

QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
? Good knowledge of plant facilities including electric power transfer station, air compressor, cooling water system, etc.
? Good knowledge of TPM
? Good Problem solving skill
? Team work, hard work, and initiative work
? A Bachelor degree (Engineering, Business, or one of the physical sciences preferred)
? Plus four to six years experience in maintenance or technical related field required.
