岗位描述/Job Discription:
1) 负责机加工、焊接工艺编制,半成品及产品质量监督检查
Responsible for writting technical instruction for machining,welding, and controling semi-product，final product quality
2) 对操作工进行相关的上岗培训和设备操作培训，配合公司相关的资质维护工作
Write weldor test instruction, responsible for training welder before starting welding operator by corporate or third party, and maintain welding certificate
3) 参与ISO/TS 16949，ISO9001，ISO14001 体系工作，跟踪纠正预防措施的实施
Participate the system work of ISO/TS 16949，track the implement of corrective and preventive action
4) 组织、策划、实施过程审核和产品审核,并制定和跟踪纠正预防措施的实施
Organize, plan, implement the process audit and product audit, make and track the implement of corrective and preventive action
5) 依据控制计划的需求，制订生产过程检验规程；
To establish the process inspection standard accord to APPQP requirement and in charge of the
approval for new production
6). 监督和检查生产现场的质量表现；控制和管理不合格产品的隔离；有权制止公司内部的任何不符合现象的发生。
To monitor and to check the quality performance of the manufacture location, to control an to management the non-conforming product, to be authorized to prevent the any non-conforming items
7) 应用统计数据和质量工具（如SPC），分析过程的状况，提出改进产品质量的措施；组织编制内部8D报告，跟踪纠正和预防措施的实施，评价其结果。
To use the data and quality tool(such as SPC) for analyzing the process status, to provide
The action for improving the quality; To organize the 8D report and to trace the implementing of the corrective and preventive action and to evaluate the result
8) 组织对操作工进行工艺及质量培训及参与指导检验员的工作
To organize and implement the training of welding, technican and quality ,to instruct the inspector’s work
9) 安全工作Safty work

岗位要求/Job Requirement :
1) 大学专科或以上学历；机械、机电或焊接专业
junior college education or above, major of machinery or weld
2) 熟悉TS16949的程序并运用，了解SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP、FMEA等方面的专业知识
Master TS16949,and Be familiar with the special knowledge of SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP、FMEA
3) 熟悉机加工工艺等，如激光切割、冲压、卷筒、卷边、弯管,焊接。
Familiar with the mechanical manufacturing technics， such as laser cutting, punch, stamp, rolling , end seaming, bending pipe，welding and so on
4) 具有策划、实施过程审核、产品审核的经验
Has the experience to plan, implement audit of process and product.
5) 熟悉产品质量问题的处理流程，具有分析及解决质量问题的经验和能力,如8D
Be familiar with the flow of dealing with the quality problem, and has the experience and ability of analyzing and resolving the quality problem，such as 8D
6) 3年以上焊接、工艺或质量工作经验
At least 3 years of working in welding，technical or quality
