Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities关键目标/主要职责
?To in charge of site raw material /semi-products/finish goods quality control to ensure QC passed goods in compliance with respective specification
负责原料、半成品、成品质量控制，确保经QC检验放行的产品符合规格
?To approved the color matching result during the production process
批准生产过程中颜色调整结果
?To verify external /internal complaint related to quality
内外部质量投诉验证
?To maintain the effectiveness of measure devices
维护测试仪器的有效性
?To ensure these related actions of continual improvement ,corrective/preventive action are implemented
确保相关的持续改进行动、纠正与预防措施被实施
?To statistic/analyze data related to objective and quality trends , when can't achieve the target ,to analyze the reason and conduct corrective action.
统计和分析质量目标及质量趋势，及未达到目标时的原因并采取纠正措施
?To offer information to technical department if any trends and abnormal .
为技术部提供质量趋势或不正常情况等信息
? Conduct protocol type test in compliance with enterprise standard ,legal government requirements

Requirements:
Requirements for Job 岗位要求
?Science and engineering college degree or above, preferring Chemistry, Chemical Engineering education background.
理工科大专或以上学历，化学或化学工程优先
?At 3 years of working experience in Coating QC or technical function.
至少3年以上从事油漆检验或配方研发方面的工作经验
?Have a certain coaching and training skill
具备一定的提供培训及指导的技能
? Knowledge on TS/16949 system and SPC ,Root Cause Analysis tools.
了解ISO/TS16949体系及统计过程控制、根本原因分析等工具
?A solid experience to implement raw material ,semi-products ,finish goods of paint QC test include protocol type test and give a accurate judgment
具备切实的经验对油漆原材料、半成品、成品实施检验包括型式检验，并给出准确的判断
?Be familiar with China and international quality related regulation such as <STANDARDIZATION Regulation>,< Quality regulation>.熟悉中国及国际与质量相关的法律法规例如《中国标准化法》、《中国质量法》
？Sensitive on color can give coach to production color matcher 对颜色感觉敏感，能够给予生产调色人员以指导
