职位描述:
1) 参与制定公司发展战略与年度经营计划；
2) 组织制定并实施生产战略规划；
3) 负责供应链系统的协调组织、计划跟进，建立规范、高效的运营管理体系并优化完善；
4) 生产现场管理的优化、现场成本控制，对生产过程实施调度和控制；
5) 主持制定、调整年度生产计划及总预算；
6) 负责采购成本控制及供应商管理，完善、优化供应链体系
7) 制定相关工作流程和作业指导书，并进行推广实施；
8) 建立、完善人员培养、发展的管理体系，为其他岗位输送人员。
任职条件:
1) 大专以上学历；生产运营管理或机械类相关专业；　
2) 5年以上生产运营系统全面管理经验，精通供应链管理、生产制造、品质管理某一方面的管理理论；具备大型外企相关工作经验者优先。　
3) 熟悉ERP的应用，受过良好的精益生产管理培训，具有精益生产管理工作的实际推进经验　
4) 良好的计划组织、沟通协调和语言表达能力
