4. More than 5 years of experience required in Marketing activities of Fast Moving Consumer Goods with special focus on consumer analysis/understanding/segmentation/targeting/communication & branding, trade marketing activities, patent legalization, website sales and global distributor management

7. Planning, organization and communication;

10. Availability to travel domestic and oversea;

岗位职责：
1. Reports directly to Marketing General Manager in Shenzhen and Changzhou. (汇报对象)
2. Brand 品牌营销
Define for Joyetech, Ovale and iSmoka global brand profile (Trade mark, territory, positioning, slogan, values, attributes, role) for the global market, respecting the general guidelines given by group company. (商标,专利,法规)
Define the brand visual identity of the three brands (colour codes, logo, fonts,…)to be used in the local market(adaptation with local characters)(公司VI全球策略)
Manage the different main website used by each brand(官方网站维护)
Communication plan using the different available media: television, newspaper, magazine, OOH, radio, internet…(广告渠道营销策略)
3. Agency/distributor Management 经销商管理
Draft the global agency and direct shop contract system(经销商及专卖店合同
体系建立)
Train and monitor global agencies and retail shop for eventual designs and
creative needed by internal clients at local level. (经销商及店铺培训)
Communicating window with customers and feedback (沟通窗口)
4. Comply company's guiding principles & policy and accomplish other tasks requested by superior.
