Lead and improve the environment, safety & health systems’ performance.
Mainly responsibilities but not limit to:
-To communicate Environment Safety Health regulations and Ingersoll Rand ESH requirement to all levels in plant, including site contractors, key suppliers.
-To ensure that company complies to all applicable government ESH regulations with clear evidence and review it annually.
-To maintain plant ESH system, esp ISO14001.implement Lockout/Tagout, Ergonomic, Permit To Work , energy saving , waste reduction practice,
-To conduct weekly inspection and audit, and encourage shopfloors to report any unsafe act and condition, follow up all issues from above.
-To conduct regularly ESH awareness training.
- Local and global communication (include documentation, supporting, negotiating, presentation)
-Coordinate the whole plant ESH& Security activities
-Lead the cross function team to prepare for TU4 audit
-Lead the cross function team to prepare for DNV ISO14001 audit
-Communicate with local authorities to ensure plant security and business continuity
-Report to Corporate BC for local security and ESH activities
-Ensure a smooth implementation of ISO14001 Environment management system
-Establish and determine the overall direction and vision for the company with regards to ISO14001
-Summon the ISO14001 core team available for consultation and support
-Coordinate the environmental management review annually
-Coordinate the Environmental internal review annually.
Qualifications required:
Education:4 year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, other related areas).
Experience:- Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry
- Good knowledge of competitors, semiconductor industry trends, technical trends
Specific or Entrepreneurial Kowledge:- Strong knowledge of functional area, team, process, equipment supplier / customer process
-Familiar with Chinas safety and environment regulation and standard.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Able to read / write and communicate in Mandarin and English.
