工作职责：

1、协助总经理开展日常管理工作及部门协调工作。

2、负责将接到的大货任务单交相关部门签字并由副总审核，总经理批准。

3、负责将大货任务单下发并跟踪订单上产品完成情况。

4、负责计算出口货物用到的木箱，并报给采购。

5、负责跟各部门一起完成出口完货计划，并发给客户通知验货。

6、负责做好有关发货的每一张单据，必要时交总经理助理审核盖章。

7、及时关注仓库库存，负责通知生产部领料生产。

8、、上级交待其它临时性工作。

岗位任职要求：

1、25-35岁，、形象气质好，英语4级以上，管理相关专业大专以上学历,3年以上相关岗位工作经验。

2、工作细致认真，谨慎细心，责任心强，有工作激情，良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正。

3、工作有条理性、逻辑性，良好的职业素养和职业操守，很强的计划性和实施执行的能力、号召力。

4、熟悉常用办公软件，具有一定的文字功底。熟悉业务流程和进出口业务流程。
