Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
●负责本企业的生产过程质量控制。
Responsible for quality control of production process
●收集产品生产不良信息，制定对策方案，监督实施过程，检验实施效果。
Collect defect information during production, set down corrective action plan, supervises follow up process and evaluate action result.
●针对质量事件，协调生产、工程或供应商共同改善质量事故。提高一次生产合格率。
Deal with the quality issue and coordinate with production, engineering and supplier to improve quality issue together. Raise the one time production accept rate.
●评估各生产工序质量控制状况。定期通报各工序的质量控制结果。
Evaluate quality control situation for each work process .Publish the quality control result thermally.
●配合采购部，定期检查供应商的质量控制，跟踪供应商对质量事故的改善，检验改善效果。
Co-operate with purchase to audit supplier it’s quality control and follow up the corrective action process and it’s result for the supplier quality issue.
●对出现的质量问题，定期向质量经理质量事故改善进程。
Report to quality manager for the corrective action process of quality issue happened.
●对本企业生产过程产品质量控制工作负责。
Responsible for the quality control in production process
●对自己作出的处理结论和造成的后果负责。
Responsible for the consequences of your own conclusions
●对所填写的质量报表的正确性、及时性负责。
Fill out all the quality record and responsible for the production correctness, timeliness.
●对所负责的工作工位，有权判定合格与否，有权暂停产生不合格品的工位继续生产。
Responsible for quality control job, have the right to stop produce nonconformity or defect product.
●对既无产品图样，又无工作指引的工位，有权停止其继续生产。
Right to stop production without drawing and sample, or work instructions
●有权对违反工艺规定的行为加以限制和制止。
Right to limit and stop the operation against production rule
●有权向上级领导反映产品质量情况。
Right to report the quality event to quality manager
Job Qualifications任职资格：
●机电专业,大专以上
College Degree or over in Electric / mechanical
●从事钣金/电器检验3年以上经验
Over three years experience in sheet metal / electrical testing
●熟悉钣金和电器的检验
Proficient in inspection of sheet metal manufacture and electricians
●熟悉ISO9000质量体系
Familiar with the ISO9000
●有责任感和团队精神,能适应在一定的压力下工作,较好的环境适应能力
With a sense of responsibility and team spirit, and ability to meet certain work under pressure, the better ability to adapt to the environment.
●基本的英语听说读写能力.
Basic English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
●熟练使用日常办公软件
Proficient in using common office software
●必要时需要加班
