工作描述
1. 驻厂生产过程质量控制；
2. 出货前检验；
3. 实施工厂检查/评估，以及生产过程改善跟踪；；
4. 撰写工厂审核及验货报告；
5. 与客户、同事、工厂沟通产品质量相关问题，包括回答技术咨询，解释技术要点，并给出专业的建议和处理意见，同时能有效处理现场应急事务；
6. 在光伏组件领域，就质量控制及货品检验，总结经验持续钻研不断提高业务水平和能力。
7. 自学光伏领域的相关标准；
8. 完善验货过程与项目；
9. 工作地点：江浙沪地区。
10. 每月有4-5天需要上夜班。

Job Description
1. Perform daily on-site quality control in the factory;
2. Perform pre-shipment inspection in the factory;
3. Conduct factory audit for first contact and follow up;
4. Finish inspection/Audit report and submit to the reviewer;
5. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues or customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points, providing the expert's opinions and handle emergencies on site effectively;
6. Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues;
7. Self study the standards of PV scope;
8. Optimize the inspection process/items
9. Working venue: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai;
10. 4 or 5 night shifts per month are required.



职位要求
1. 正直诚实、讲原则不妥协是首要条件；
2. 本科及以上学历，电子、半导体或其他工科类相关专业；
3. 1年以上制造型企业工作经验，从事质量控制、检测、生产管理类工作，了解光伏组件测试，生产工艺优先考虑；
4. 良好的语言表达能力，良好的沟通协调能力；
5. 良好的英文水平，尤其要能够熟练阅读英文资料和写英文报告；
6. 能够频繁出差，有驾照。

Job Requirements:
1. Integrity, uncompromising will be regarded always as priority;
2. Bachelor degree or above; major electronics, semiconductor or other related subject;
3. At least 1 year working experiences in manufacturing field; With background in testing, manufacturing related to PV as preferment;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Good command of English (At least in written);
6. Willing to travel frequently, have a driving license.
