Title: Sale Engineer
Report: PAM Sales Account Manager
Department: China PAM


Position Description:
? Maintain and develop business at competitive profit level with existing and new customers.
? Plan and schedule sales calls regularly with reference to customers’ needs and sales potential.
? Maintain all customer/prospect records, update calling plan and continuously research new prospects.
? Manage all aspects of the sales process (answering inquiries, pricing, negotiating, entering sales order, conducting credit investigation jointly with credit control personnel, and invoicing).
? Liaise with plant staff to ensure a proper level of customer service.
? Report information to Sales Account Manager concerning general market dynamics, competitive activities and pricing trends through Call Reports and Monthly Reports.
? Accurately forecast and track progress against sales plan.
? Develop and monitor application development programs.


Position Requirements & Education:
Bachelor degree in engineering, manufacturing or related discipline


Competency Requirements:
· Engineering by training with sales experience.
· 5+ years of sales, preferably in selling products with problem-solving solutions.
· Good communication skills with customers and plant; understand customer needs; actively study and search for solutions to solve customer’s problems.
· Knowledge of flexographic printing applications and market.
· Coordinate well with customers and plant personnel.
· Good commend in English reading, writing and oral communication.
· Positive attitude and willing to learn.
