Responsibilities
- Assist Finance Controller to draft annual budget, final account, & profit allocation;
- Assist Finance Controller to establish budget and final accounting system, perfect budget approval regulations, monitor and control budget execution;
- Assist Finance Controller to submit annual financial report and related accounting information;
- Establish, perfect, implement lawful accounting system and procedures, interior accounting system and management structure
- Monthly Hyperian operation index report;
- Hyperian plan and forecast index report;
- Prepare operation index forecast at the beginning and the end of the month;
- Analyze the gap between actual business index and the planning/forecasting;
- Prepare yearly, middle and long-term plan and forecast;
- Complete other management reports.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting related.
- 5+ years related working experience in MNC
- Solid professional skill related to costing and analyst
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives.
