Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Quality Systems Manual and other quality systems
documents in compliance with the relevant recognized international standards;
- Lead the In Control and Capable System process auditing activities
- Systematic calibration and standardization of Quality Control Laboratory and
fabricating plant measurement instruments and devices;
- Lead and direct appropriate efforts, including internal and external audits, to
achieve and maintain certifications to recognized international quality system standards
- Lead and direct quality management training;
- Direct the collection and statistical analysis of quality data concerning internal
non-conformances，supplier and customer complaints and claims.
- Prepare laboratory Quality System, SOP, and Safe Job Procedure manual
- Carry out maintenance of equipment with appropriate equipment records stored
according to the Quality System
- Plan and direct process inspection;
- Maintain the testing data;
- Take part in investigation of quality accident, follow up the corrective action;

Requirements:
- 5+ years quality system working experiences inmaterial manufacturing industry, and 2+ year managerial experiences
- Experience in auto industry is preferable
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency. Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives. Ability and desire to lead large capital and maintenance projects.
