Duties and responsibilities
· Responsible for sales for pre-defined application and key accounts;
· Identify sales potential and work through the entire lead to Order process to secure valid customer PO;
· Develop new projects and new application for the products;
· Support regional and in case also global sales activities for the defined key accounts;
· Negotiate contracts, sales terms and conditions;
· Build up and maintain good relations-ship with both direct customers as well as agent/distributors.
Education and/or Experience
· Have studied mechanical engineering or similar education ;
· At least 5-10 years working experience in sales and key accounts development and have solid approved experience selling of industrial couplings or mechanical power transmission products, in heavy industries.

Skills and abilities
· Good communication and interpersonal skills and experienced working with customers ;
· Outstanding communication skills in Chinese and English both written and verbal;
· Customer Oriented, Result driven, aggressive and able to work independently;
· Ability and interest to travel 60%-90% of the time to customers, as well as travel internationally for training and meeting from time to time.
