Main tasks

主要工作:

1. Responsible for obtaining materials, components;

负责采购原材料，零部件等

2. Checks requisitions, obtains quotations

核对采购需求，进行采购询价

3. Develops new supply sources

开发新供应商

4. Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels

与制造及工程部门协调采购工作以确保计划的库存量

5. As required, monitors the cost, schedule to assure best quality at best value

根据需求成本，进程，以确保采购物美价廉的货物

6. May evaluate vendor reliability

评估供应商的可靠性

7. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained

Responsibility

职责:

The Purchasing Engineer will work on sourcing & purchasing for the assigned commodities and business segments. These responsibilities include the development, communication, execution of strategies to ensure realization of the business objectives for assigned commodity within the purchase family, which includes the Cost of Bill of Materials, Target Costing and Should-Be Costing activities

采购工程师需要负责被分配商品或业务的供应商开发及采购工作，根据采购战略或任务开发供应商与相关人员沟通，以确保采购目标的实现，其中包括控制物料成本，目标成本核算，应有成本核算等

Requirements

要求:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanics or electronics

本科学历，专业限于工程，机械或电子方面

2. Minimum of 3 years of commercial sourcing/purchasing experience in the assigned commodity

至少3年相关材料的供应商开发及采购经验（包括铸件、机加工件等）

3. Good negotiations skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships

良好的谈判和分析技巧以更好的维系和发展供应商关系。

The feeling for accuracy and quality is a must; Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

具备精确及质量意识；发现及汇报任何质量或违规问题并根据需要立即采取纠正行动

4. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills both in Chinese and English

较好的中英文沟通能力（包括口语，书面语及人际交往）

Preferred首选:

1. Be familiar with SAP system operating 熟练操作SAP系统

2. Familiar with ISO 9001 system 熟悉ISO 9001体系

3. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments 较强的执行力及承诺意识

4. Experience implementing a compliant supply chain 有规范的供应链从业经验

5. Above 2 years of experience in machine tools is preferred 具有二年以上机床行业从业经验者优先

6. Willing to travel domestically 愿意在国内出差
