Qualifications任职资格:

l Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or; 3 years post secondary school education, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Technology

l Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Chinese

l Must be able to relate / communicate well with people at all levels

l Blueprint Reading, Basic Measuring Techniques, Proficient with AutoCAD

l Knowledge of ANSI, SAE and other industry/customer related standards

l Develop in-depth understanding of Lean philosophy and methods as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas 。

l Critical thinking skills

l Solid understanding of business issues, metrics, and customer value

l Working knowledge of QS9000 and TS16949

l Must have working knowledge of QS9000 and TS16949 procedures

l Must be computer literate - Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

l Hands on approach, and able to communicate ideas

Duties and Responsibilities职责:

l Analyze projects or process changes to eliminate non-value added activities and improve processes that add value .

l Establish some point kaizen every month.

l Weekly review Kaizen items to ensure items be in schedule and resource availability .

l Do one point kaizen charter and report to final review and management sign-off .

l Train others in the organization on Lean principles to guide correct behaviors.

l Drive site’s new program layout optimization to ensure logical material feed and smooth material flow and minimal WIP ..

l Do normal program layout improvement efforts to flow process smoothly and best material applying.

l Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.

l Participate in design reviews for new equipment.

l Support the ongoing improvements for Lean and MaFact

l Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the AGM
