Target of the position岗位目标:

·Establish and maintain Company Management System according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001标准和总部要求建立和维护公司管理体系；

·Continuously improve Company Management System to ensure the realization of company target and customer satisfaction。

持续改进公司管理体系，以实现公司目标，满足客户需求。

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

·Management of Company System Documents 公司体系文件管理；

·Improvement of Company Management System 公司管理体系改进；

·Management of Audit审核管理；

Working Task(details)工作描述:

·To be responsible to manage the system documents of company and maintain document database; Support/train all employees in the creation of procedure and work instructions on the document management system and on the process management system;

负责公司体系文件的管理及文件数据库的维护；支持/培训所有员工在文件管理系统和流程管理系统中创建程序文件和工作指导；

·To be responsible to improve the Company Management System, which organize the evaluation of process to identify the opportunity of improvement and track the actions;

负责公司管理体系的改进，组织流程评价，识别改进机会，跟踪改进措施；

·To be responsible to manage the audit, which organize to found the internal auditor team, organize the training and qualification of the internal auditor, work out annual audit plan for company management system, organize to implement the internal audit and support the external audit and track the status of action plan;

负责审核管理，组建内审员队伍，组织内审员培训和资格认可，编制公司管理体系的年度审核计划，组织实施内部审核，协调、支持外部审核，跟踪审核措施计划的状态；

·To be responsible to conduct the internal quality, environment, health and safety system audit, production process audit;

负责实施内部质量、环境、健康和安全体系审核、生产过程审核；

·Other tasks assigned by quality department manager.

其他由质量部经理布置的工作。

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Cooperate with related departments within company for establishing and improving company management system;

与公司内各部门协调建立和改进公司管理体系；

·Cooperate with related department within company for conducting the audit and tracking the action plan;

与公司内各部门协调执行审核并跟踪措施计划；

·Cooperate with headquarters, customer and the third party for arranging audit, tracking and submitting the action plan;

与总部、顾客和第三方协调审核安排、跟踪并提交措施计划；

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

·Education: Bachelor or above degree, having good experience with ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001;

教育背景：本科以上学历，对ISO/TS 16949，ISO14001 和OHSAS18001 有丰富的经验；

·Professional experiences: Familiar with the working processes in the production companies, especially in the automotive industry. Familiar with the quality tools in the automotive industry;

专业背景：熟悉生产型企业特别是汽车行业工作流程；了解汽车工业的质量工具；

·Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;

语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；

·Others 其它：

- Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well;

良好的沟通协调及语言表达能力；

- Secret and confidential 相关保密要求；

- Ability to work in team 团队协作能力；
