（3） Manpower matrix management and operator recycling training are following up company sales margin and employee training system request

本部门人员需求和人员架构按照公司销售预算进行管理，员工循环培训按照公司培训制度执行。

（4） Equipment management and maintenance as per equipment management procedure to implement

设备管理和维护按照设备维护管理维护制度实施。

（5） Responsibility for Material usage ,storage ,transit , variance analysis in whole department

对本部门的原材料使用，存储，周转，差异分析负责。

（6） responsibility for own department CIT work implement regarding process operations and equipment efficiency

负责本部门的持续改善工作的实施类如：工序优化，设备优化等。

（7） take care about own department environment works such as ,waste material storage ,waste liquid keeping etc.

对本部门的危险废弃物管理，存储，标识负责。

（8） carry out company manufacture discipline management procedure to manage own department staff .

根据公司的工艺纪律管理制度管理本部门员工的日常工作。

（9） responsibility for internal and external quality system audit documentation prepare work and work site issue explanation .

负责本部门质量体系审核文件提供，现场问题答疑等，体系审核配合工作。

（10） take care for own department employee performance assessment ,go-slow education ,daily output ,capacity issue submit to manager by daily .

负责本部门的产出和产能差异分析并提交给生产经理，负责本部门员工的绩效考核，消极怠工管理教育。

(11) responsibility for own department reject part rework job arrangement and analysis with quality tool to find out root cause to avoid it happens again .

负责本部门报废品处理和返工工作安排，通过质量工具分析报废原因，采取改善方案避免再次发生。

（12）cooperation and support NPI job introducing with engineering department .

协助和支持工程部门新项目导入工作的顺利开展。

（13） to finish task on time that the others job are signed by direct manager

积极完成部门经理安排的其他任务

（14）monthly report are need end of month regarding own job description work out to submit to production manager

按照工作职责描述每月，月底提交月报给生产经理。

3 任职资格/qualification ：

（1） More than 10 years management experience on hardware industry such as : sheet stamping , welding ,bending

machining , tube cutting ,polishing

10年以上金工行业管理工作经验类如：冲压，焊接，折弯，机加工，切管，抛光等设备。

（2） knowhow about press tooling structure and material

冲压模具结构和材料知识

（3） follow up leader’s management

服从管理

(4) stronger knowledge on stamping tooling material selection and structure such as progressive tool

熟悉冲压模具的结构和材料选型

(5) knowhow about saw cutting machine ,polishing machine ,press machine ，welding machine operate process

熟悉，切管机，抛光机，冲压,焊接设备的工艺操作流程。

（6）5years experience on basket manufacture process and has full know-how about this industry

5年以上厨卫金属篮子生产制造行业经验

（7）Has capable to create piece pay system and welding fixture building experience

能够建立五金件计件工时系统同时能够制造焊接治具
