Key Responsibilities 主要职责：
1．Assist product engineers to research and implement processes for new production and existing production products;
协助产品工程师研究并实施新产品和现有生产产品的制作工艺；
2．Manage Process Eng. staff daily activities, assigning responsibilities and follow up with results.
管理过程工程师团队的日常工作，分配责任并跟进结果。
3．Take leadership and contribute to CFTL, NPI, Process and Production requirements, as needed.
起领导的作用，并且按需要为 CFTL 、 NPI 、制程和生产需求服务。
4．Check and improve manufacturing process, and raise output and reliability and efficiency of production through learning and recommending new technologies;
检查、改善以及优化制造程序，学习和推荐新技术来提高产品的产出、可靠性和效率；
5．Analyze manufacturing issue and give reliable and proper advice to support to overall production area;
分析制造工程的问题，提供可靠适当的解决方案，给予所有产线全力支持；
6．Assist quality department to solve customer complain about quality of production;
协助质量部解决客户关于产品质量方面的投诉。
7．Coach and assist process engineers in their specific projects.
在工作中给予过程工程师相关的指导和帮助。

Qualifications任职资格:
1.University or above with fluent English skill in both written and spoken, Strong computer skill;
大专或以上学历，具备良好的英语书写、口语能力，良好的计算机运用能力；
2.Mechanical or electrical engineering or related specialty and more than five years PCBA work experience.
机械或电气工程相关专业，5年以上电子线路板加工的相关工作经验。
