职位描述

工作内容:

  

- Manage and develop regional sales with the focus on sustainable business

  

作为销售区域的负责人注重维护好销售业绩的稳定发展

  

- Partner with existing and develop new distributors in assigned region to archive fair and transparent cooperation for long-lasting growth prospects

  

服务负责区域内现有的客户,并努力开发新客户,通过公平、透明的合作实现长期发展

  

- Actively acquire new customers in specified fields and branches

  

积极主动地去专业行业和领域开发新客户

  

- Manage and visit regional projects

  

访问和维护好区域内的项目

  

- Use the complete product and service portfolio to support and sustain the regional market position and competitive advantage

  

利用公司广泛的产品类型和服务来支持客户,占据区域内的市场地位和竞争优势

  

- Provide and communicate ongoing regional market research to continuously adapt to current and future market conditions and requirements

  

定期将区域内市场上的客户意见、需求等反馈给公司以使公司了解市场行情、与时俱进

  

- Be part of the China sales network and support and coordinate sales activities with the China headquarter

  

融入中国销售网络,与中国区总部沟通销售工作

  

 

  

工作内容:

  

- Check, service and evaluate distributors in order to get a structured, transparent and documented overview about their sales activities

  

了解、服务并分析经销商的现状、需求,还要考虑调整产品以谋求双方的长足发展

  

- Support distributors with key customers and key projects, participate in important meetings and negotiations

  

协助经销商维护好关键客户和重点项目,参与商业会谈

  

- Support internal project and OEM team with key customers and key projects, participate in important meetings and negotiations

  

协助项目销售和大客户销售维护好关键客户和重点项目,参与重要的商业会谈

  

- Check upon reasoning for special price applications of customers and distributors

  

调查客户和经销商的特价申请

  

- Regularly report sales activities and results to superiors

  

定期向上级汇报销售进展

  

- Represent the company during sales related events and develop new contacts and new business opportunities

  

代表公司出席销售等商业活动,开发新的客户和新的销售机会

  

- Be a reliable, helping and cooperative part within the Mennekes team

岗位要求:

  

- Several successful years (>3) in a (B-to-B) sales position in China

  

在国内工业销售岗位任职成功3年以上

  

- Experience with technical sales and advanced industry products

  

有销售技术和高新技术工业品的经验

  

- Experience in developing sales networks and acquiring new customers

  

有拓展销售网络、开发新客户等经验

  

- Experience with cold sales and business development in new areas

  

有去过不熟悉的区域从零发展客户并取得成就

  

- Successful establishment and development of regional distributors

  

在区域内成功开发过经销商

  

- Working several years (>3) in an international company with a high brand recognition

  

在知名品牌的跨国公司里有过3年以上的工作经验

  

- Great communication skills

  

优秀的沟通技能

  

- High technical understanding and fascination for technical solutions
