2.有相关 Okuma CNC调试，编程经验

3.3年以上相关工作经验

1.People Management
- Responsible for Okuma machining equipment commissioning, ensure the normal operation of the CNC
- Independently complete the Okuma CNC machine installation ＆ debugging.
- Independently complete the Okuma CNC machine PM.
- With supplier support to fix any CNC issue.
- Be able to skill fully use all sorts of Okuma CNC programming skills
- Be familiar with machining tool uses
- Familiar with part measurement and testing
- According to the project plan to ensure project completion time and quality
- Support production to implement quality improvements & error-proofing
- Demonstrate hands-on ability in area of responsibility
- Competent in understanding mechanical drawings& electrical schematic
- other assigned by supervisor
- Assist to ensure environment & production levels are maintained
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
2.Value Creation
- Monitor replacement parts inventory and work orders
- Monitoring MP2 system
- Implement & maintain Maintenance Excellence (TPM) system
- To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
3.Customer Satisfaction
- PM system > ensure correctness & completion
- Predictive maintenance > thermal imaging, oil analysis, transformers & gearboxes
- Minimizing machine downtime - MTBF - MTTR
- Working closely with Production and electrical maintenance to continuously improve production output & OEE
4.Citizenship
- Maintenance Excellence Program - Supporting TS, ISO & OHSAS programs
- Maintaining all TS, ISO & OHSAS records related to mechanical maintenance
- Ensure that safety goals for department are met
5. Other tasks assigned by department manager.Can run 3 shift

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历　
A）Essential 基本要求：　
1. Hard working and responsible.
2. Able to be trained as a good team leader.
B) Desirable 理想要求：　
1.Good mentality and good working attitude.
2.Self starter and able to work individually/independently.
Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：　　
A) Essential 基本要求：　
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical or related Engineering
2.Fluent in English ( Written and Speaking )
B) Desirable 理想要求：　
1.Competence in AutoCad,PLC,MS Office Tools
2.MASTERCAM is a Plus.
Experience Required 工作经验：　　
1.Above 3 years CNC machine debugging or maintenance experience, Okuma CNC machine is a plus
2.Above 1 years CNC programming experience.Okuma is a plus
3.Be familiar with mechanical parts CNC process
