1、第一时间将业务员的收到的客户询盘以及客户的要求做好登记并上报主管并同时留心双方的进程，生产计划的安排，及时做好生产计划表，在电脑上共享，注意时间的准确性，及时催促生产进度。
2. 妥善保管客户的资料和样品，有条理的归档；需要检品的产品要及时联系、合理按排好检品计划，认真检查检品报告，确保检品效率和产品质量。
3. 密切关注产品生产进度，及时索要生产规格给技术人员确认；根据日产量估算产品交期，来不及的情况下及时通知生产调整，确保大货交期；及时将进仓通知单传达至相关部门，确认交期情况，出货后要求工厂及时将装箱单传真到公司，核对出货情况。
4. 生产过程中,如有意外情况不能满足客户要求时,一定要及时将情况反映到公司最高层,找到解决的方法.
5. 积极与客户保持联系，对于产品以及生产情况信息需及时向客户提供。
6. 做好售后服务:
a) 接收到客户的投诉信息时，将相关的信息传递到公司的相关部门,要了解问题出现的原因并采取措施,找到对策,避免下次出现.
b)客户要求退货时,首先尽量的使客户接受我们出现的问题,若能返修,则再对成品进行返修好再出货,很严重的就重新生产,补单再出货.
7积极配合上级交代的其他工作。

1、具有大专及以上学历，英语专业四级，大学六级及以上，精通英语，听说读写流利，能独立与客户谈判。
2、外贸跟单工作经验两年以上，熟悉机械加工流程，要求看得懂机械图纸，能利用网络平台和搜索引擎对公司的产品进行推广和业务开发。有敏锐的洞察力和分析能力,善于思考，发现和解决问题，以及临时应变能力。
