DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* This opportunity is for a highly motivated, strategic minded individual to lead functional map & gap analysis of business requirements with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 in a fast-paced environment.

* Implementation experience and excellent understanding of Oracle Functionalities including order management, logistic, inventory, sourcing and some knowledge of Oracle Finance modules (GL/ AP/ AR) to meet business requirements.

* Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

* Troubleshoot and resolve transactional problems in Oracle modules

* Provide guidance in data migration, conversion and loading, seeking continuous performance improvement.

* Experience in China Localization is must

* Designing, documenting and developing Oracle ERP based solutions to meet business requirements.

* Perform Production Support activities for organizations internal customers.

* Collaborate with COE's( Center of Excellence) to understand process & develop IT solutions.

* Implementing and rolling out the developed solutions in Oracle ERP based environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* 5-8 years overall experience in functional role of which 3-4 years should be on implementation of Oracle e-business suite

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience

* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or APCIS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred

* Must have very strong knowledge of Oracle e-business Suite R12.

* Must be very well conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology)

* Good Knowledge in SQL and Workflow is preferred.

* Preferred Knowledge of manufacturing domain

* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, team management and oral/written communication skills in both Chinese & English

* Candidates will be placed onsite initially and should be willing to travel other Locations during the project implementation and after the project completion
