职位描述
Responsibilities
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standard
- Keeps immediate superior well informed of activities and recommends corrective actions
- Roll-out global application such as Novelis2.0 and Asia MES
- Supporting global applications projects roll-out which include infrastructure, application, security etc
- Managing China IT's budget exclude global services
- Collaboration with the regional team to manage overall project portfolio
- Work with business and regional IT team to identify, schedule and prioritize activities to ensure delivery of project solution and budget constraints
- Ensuring all applications in Novelis China continue to run during the global/regional transformation
- Supporting global infrastructure projects roll-out in the Novelis China
- Running operations for China IT infrastructure
- Complying with global standards and policies
- Developed the skills and talents of the IT team
- Helping in terms of meeting departmental SLA, quality of services and user satisfaction in regional application projects
- Have excellent IT teamwork and good relationship with other business departments
- Leading IT projects in Novelis China
- Ensure IT compliance in licensing/security
- Testing of Disaster recovery plan yearly
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT function and 2+ years in supervisory position
- Bachelor degree
- Strong technical knowledge in IT function
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives
