Responsibilities:
? Under the responsibility of the Finance Manager, Responsible for the following regular work to ensure the compliance of local GAAP and USD GAAP and Autoliv accounting requirements
? A. Daily work---
? 1)Payment requisition review to ensure voucher keyed in timely and accurately
? 2)Capex PR checking & controlling under the Capex budget
? 3)Coordinate AR & AP issue between local finance & share service
? 4)Long term contact controlling

? B. Monthly work---
? 1)Supervise monthly closure and support FM to complete comments file
? 2)Support the Finance Manager to finish monthly forecast (PL /BS /HFM /Comments)
? 3)Supervise tax declaration
? 4)Reporting(BS breakdown/Capex controlling file/KPI/FPI/OH)
? 5)Reconcile PRC & US GAAP
? 6)Voucher management


? C. Yearly work---
? 1)Supervise annual external audit
? 2)Supervise annual internal audit
? 3)Supervise EIT annual return
? 4)Supervise business license audit
? 5)Support FM to finish F4
? 6)Organize fixed assets taking to ensure property completely

? Any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements:
? Experienced in costing (at least 5 years experience in a similar job preferably in mass production and/or automotive industry).
? Recognized experience within international group of fully owned companies (preferably Chinese subsidiary within a multinational corporation).
? To be familiar with ERP system and reporting tools.
? To be familiar with local tax laws and regulations.
? To master general and analytical accounting procedures, Chinese and US GAAP.
? To be good at Excel.
? To be able to work in team and to coordinate

? Fluent English.
