Requirements
1.Fluent English (oral and in writing)
2.PC skill (MS Office, SAP)
3.Familiar with QS 9000 / VDA 6, Pro/E and Auto CAD
4.Driving License is prefered
5.Know the base mechanical design knowledge, especially the design and manufacture of gearwheels and splines; Knowledge in test equipment

Responsibilities
-Design Engineer
1.Design the synchronizer components and actively participate in application engineering projects
2.Create and manage the HOERBIGER drawings for the synchroniser components and assembly, and maintain the product database in ERP system.
3.Clarify technical specification with customer for application projects
4.Design and calculation of HOERBIGER products / systems
5.Follow HOERBIGER engineering standards / HOERBIGER quality handbook standards
-Test Engineer
1.Maintain test workshop, make test planning, operate and maintain test benches (synchronizer components test rig, transmission test rig, shifting simulator...).
2.Fulfil testing tasks internally to validate the quality of products and provide test services to customers externally, e.g. prepare test program and documentation, design and assist procurement of fixture tools, make test reports, analyze test results and give optimization solutions.

2.Processing assigned tasks / duties on schedule
3.Continuous study of technical, working specific literature
4.Process and execute assigned tasks and duties on schedule
5.Work close together with all departments and give strong technical support to these
