Job Responsibilities:

Manage software developong projects, initially focusing on COD projects.

Work with project management team, software developing team and software test team to build project team.

Organize software project developing activities from market requirements to final release.

Monitor software project criteria including shedule and resource and quality.

Generate weekly project reports for upper management layer.

Assist software department manager in team performance assesment.


Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above;

At least eight years' experience in software area;

Good knowledge of software project management and software development;

Excellent communication and cooperation skills to work with PM, R&D engineers;

Be positive and active in daily work;

Good at MS-Project or other project management tools;

Fluent in English.
