职位描述
Qualifications任职资格:
l Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or; 3 years post secondary school education, preferably in Mechanical, CNC, Metallurgical Technology ,metal forming or casting机械工程学专业本科学历，或大专学历主修机械，数控，金属工艺工程，金属成型或铸造专业
l Minimum three (3) years experience in high pressure die casting(especially Al. die casting)至少3年高压压铸(特别是铸铝)经验
l Familiar with the Blueprint Reading, Basic Measuring Techniques(such as vernier caliper and micrometer caliper)熟练读懂图纸，基本的测量技术(例如，游标卡尺和千分尺)
l Knowledge of GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, FMEA, DFMEA/PFMEA, SPC,PPAP,MSA,APQP and Reliability Engineering Plans 懂GD&T, QFD, 制造设计,VE/VA, DOE, FMEA, DFMEA/PFMEA,SPC,PPAP,MSA,APQP和可靠性工程计划
l Must be very familiar with Automotive Manufacturing Process, Synchronous Manufacturing, SPC, 8D’s,Control Plans, Continuous Improvement Techniques 非常熟悉汽车制造流程、同步制造、SPC、8D、控制计划和持续改进技术
l Must have lean production and TPM basic knowledge必须有精益生产和TPM基础知识
l Must have minimum 3 years experience and knowledge in the areas of die casting, Robert and metallurgy equipment process parameter set up and maintenance and procurements as they relate to die casting operations, die design, procurement maintenance, and must familiar with the die filling system corrections report generation, die casting process and general process control. Be familiar with Buhler DCM, Striko furnace, ABB Robert set up and maintenance is preferably 必须有3年工作经验，有压铸、机器人和冶金设备工艺参数制定、维护和管理等知识，有相关的压铸操作经验，模具设计，模具保养维修，必须精通模具浇注系统改善，压铸工艺改善和控制.熟悉布勒压铸机，Striko熔炼炉，ABB机器人优先。
l Skill in die casting of the automotive powertrain components will be preferred精通汽车动力总成压铸件是首选的
l Must be computer literate, such as the auto CAD, office(Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project)熟练使用电脑(Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project)
l Must have the knowledge of QS9000,TS16949,Iso 14000 and OHSAS 18000 必须有QS9000,TS16949, Iso 14000和OHSAS 18000知识

Duties and Responsibilities职责:
l Be responsible for the launch of the new program die casting, ensure all the new program die casting launch smoothly to achieve the success of the new program负责新项目压铸的前期工作，确保新项目的前期工作顺利进行,完成新项目成功
l Lead the supplier audit and technology review to selection for the new equipment, tooling, fixture, die and the supplying to achieve the APQP running smoothly参加新设备，工装，夹具，模具和生产辅助材料供应商的审核和技术评审以确保APQP进行顺利
l Lead the SOR set up and installation for the new equipment, tooling , fixture, die to ensure the new APQP running smoothly主导新设备，工装，夹具，刀具，模具的SOR的制定和设备安装以确保APQP顺利进行
l Manage the New tooling, die ,equipment building to ensure the quality, timing is achieve the requirement of the SOR管理新的工具，模具，设备的制造确保质量和时间节点达到SOR的要求
l Set up process parameter for new program die casting to get the good casting so as to achieve the OTS, PPAP timing设定新项目的压铸工艺参数，确保得到好的铸件确保OTS ,PPAP的时间节点
l Create, and develop the Process Flow Diagrams , PFMEA, Job Element, Standard WI, Process Sheet for the new program to ensure the PPAP running smoothly and make sure manufacturing process and operators operation follow updated process documentation建立和发展新项目的PFD，PFMEA，工作要素表，标准作业指导书，工艺参数表确保PPAP顺利进行和确保制造工艺和工人操作符合工艺文件的要求
l Balance station cycle times to eliminate waste and increase production efficiency 平衡生产线以降低浪费和增加生产效率。
l Optimize the die casting parameter set up to reduce the cycle time & the scrap rate，so as to increase the OEE优化压铸工艺参数的设定以减少循环时间和报废率,以提高OEE
l Lead the tooling, fixture, and die life management to make life isn’t out of the control and reduce the down time主导工装，夹具，和模具的寿命管理以确保寿命受到控制和减少停机时间
l Lead the quality and production issues analysis and take the action to reduce the scrap rate, rework and down time主导质量和生产过程中出现的问题分析并采取行动来降低报废率，返工和停机时间
l Lead the line quick change improvement program to reduce the line change time主导生产线的快速切换改进项目来减少换线时间
l Lead the cost saving plan and organize related resource to achieve the target .Weekly analysis and take corrective action .主导成本降低计划和采取行动来完成成本降低指标.进行每周成本分析并采取纠正方案。
l Lead the training for the new operator and team leader to make the their job conform with JD requirement by the training schedule根据培训流程主导新操作工和班长的培训确保他们的工作符合JD的要求
l Lead the updated document training for the operator, team leader& shift supervisor to ensure them know all the changing主导更新的文件给操作工，班长和轮班主管以确保他们知道所有的变更
l Estimate the line capacity and take action to satisfy with the customer requirement制作生产线的产能分析和采取行动来满足顾客的要求
l Engage the APQP team and give the enough contribution to the team to ensure the APQP running smoothly参加APQP小组和给小组足够的贡献以确保APQP进行顺利
l Lead the die casting cell ramp up activities to ensure the new program development be satisfied with the customer requirement主导压铸生产单元的爬坡以确保新项目发展符合顾客的要求
l Give the support on the supplier site to increase the outsourcing key components output be satisfied with our requirement在供应商现场给供应商相关支持确保外协关键件产出符合我们的要求
l Create, develop the 5S WI and update the WI in time for further requirement to build a 5s culture on floor 建立和发展5S作业指导书及时提高更新以建立现场的5S环境。
l Prepare the scrap budget, supplying budget, budget, tooling, fixture, die budget to control the cost 制定报废预算，辅料预算，工装，夹具，模具的预算来控制成本
l Review and push other department relativity engineers to approve DMN on time to make 0 hold parts on floor .及时回顾和推动其他部门相关人员及时DMN报告以达到现场0 待处理件。
l Other duties and responsibilities within the Manufacture Department as business demands .

l Observes the QS9000,TS16949, Iso 14000 and OHSAS 18000 management system procedure to ensure all the job conform with the procedure 遵守QS9000,TS16949, Iso 14000和 OHSAS 18000体系程序文件，确保所有工作按照流程进行。
l Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory ，as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
