Qualifications任职资格:

· University degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· 工业或机械工程学本科以上学历

· Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance 至少3年品保工作经验

· Basic knowledge of P.C.’s and relevant software packages 熟练使用电脑办公软件

· Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通能力和处理人际关系能力

· Familiar with APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA requirements 熟悉APQP 等五大手册要求

· Familiar with TS16949 requirements熟悉TS16949

· Know GD&T懂GD&T.

Duties and Responsibilities职责:

1.参与新项目开发/As a team member in new project

1.1 做为项目组成员，参加项目会议；/Attend new project meeting as team member;

1.2参与新产品的质量策划/Participate in new project APQP；

1.3参与样件、PPAP件的制造过程/Participate in prototype & PPAP samples manufacturing；

1.4整理准备试样资料，更新并保持过程控制计划/Prepare prototype control plan, incoming inspection, Dimension report, etc. and update them once something changed ；

1.5负责首、末件、巡检、出货等检验依据的编制工作/Prepare First/last off inspection report, process audit report, dock audit report, etc.；

1.6根据要求，确认检验方案，检验员完成检验工作后实施确认/Confirm inspection method，frequency, after inspector finished inspection work, validation is necessary；

1．7负责专用检具的供应商寻找、制作、确认/ Take the responsibility for searching gages’ supplier, manufacturing & validating gages；

1.7负责新产品PPAP文件的准备工作/Prepare PPAP document for new project。

2 .内部质量控制/Internal quality control

2.1每天关注车间的FTT，一旦低于合格率目标，及时监督人员进行分析解决；

Review FTT everyday, once find them under our target, Monitor relative engineers to solve.

2.2每天关注SPC控制图，一旦出现异常情况，及时进行分析、解决；

Review SPC control chart everyday, once find them under our target, Monitor relative engineers to solve.

2.3及时处理检验员开具的DMN报告；

Deal with DMN report in time;

2.4对车间发生的严重不合格，及时开具8D报告并监督相关人员进行处理；

once find serious problems, open 8D report and monitor relative engineers to solve.

2.5参与每天的快速反应，并确认相关问题的解决；

Attend Fast response meeting everyday, confirm relative problems have been solved;

2.6审核设备加工能力，按Cpk值调整控制计划；

Audit equipment manufacturing capability as stated period，adjust Control plan as CPK value;

2.7监控首末件、巡检等检验活动的执行情况；

Monitor first/last off inspection, process audit and other inspection implementing status, once find some problems, implement corrective action.

3. 客户抱怨处理/Deal with customers’ complaint

3.1建立客户抱怨处理台帐，并及时更新；

Establish customers’ complaint log, and update it;

3.2对客户抱怨的问题，及时开具8D并组织相关人员进行解决；

Once customers’ complaint occurred, open 8D and organize relative engineers to solve.

3.3一旦生产过程变更，及时通知客户，得到客户允许后，准备相关的PPAP文件提交客户批准；

Once product/process change, inform customers in time, and organize & submit relative document to customers for approval as our Quality Management System requirement.

3.4必要时到客户现场解决质量问题，并制定相应的纠正措施预防；

Solve quality problems on customers’ site if need, and make corrective plan.

4．参与审核/Participate in audit process

4.1参与公司组织的内审；

Participate in internal audit in our company;

4.2按计划对负责的产品进行过程和产品审核；

Participate in product & process audit;

4.3接待客户组织的体系和过程审核。

Support customer come here to implement product/process audit;

5. 其它方面/Others

5.1负责对检验员、车间操作工进行质量培训；

Take the responsibility for product quality training for inspectors & operators;

5.2接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行；

Attend ISO14001 training, implement as ISO14001 system requirement;

5.3遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则；

Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.

5.4生产线发现严重质量问题时，有权建议停产。

Take the authority for cutting production line as soon as finding serious problems occurred on the line;

5.5质量总监分配的其他任务。
