Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 yrs of work experience.
• 工程机械类专业，6~8年的工作经验。

• Knowledge of Fluent English is must.
• 必须要有流利的英语。

• Should have experience in Supplier Quality Assurance system as well as Sourcing and supply chain management experience in Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company.
• 从事的行业：工程机械类公司，有供应商质量保证体系，并有供应商开发及供应链管理的工作经验。

• Must be knowledgeable on Part development activity like Supplier selection, Supplier Audit, Supplier approval, Improvement as per audit findings, part manufacturing process, Inspection of each and every dimension during prototype development, Preparation of PPAP documents along with supplier and maintain.
• 必须从事过零件开发管理，比如：供应商的选择，供应商审核，供应商的批准，审核之后的改进措施，零件制造工艺， 样品发展阶段的尺寸检测，及过程控制检测。指导供应商做PPAP文件，并完成与维护PPAP文件。

• Preference will be given to those who have handled machined components made of steel bars, tubes, castings and forgings ,Valves, Fasteners Etc.

有负责过钢管，钢棒，铸件，锻件，阀，紧固件等这些零件者将被优先考虑。

• Knowledge of machining processes and other operations like milling, turning, grinding, burnishing, welding, plating, Painting etc. is essential.
• 需要有机械加工工艺，车，铣，磨，焊接，电镀，油漆方面的知识。

• Must have knowledge of local Chinese supplier base.
• 必须有中国供应商相关信息的知识。

• Ready to travel as per requirement , Visit supplier and conduct Audit, Joint Inspection before prototype dispatch.
• 按照需要，能够出差，如拜访与审核供应商，样品发运前的检测。

• Good understanding of PPAP process and quality tools like Process FMEA, Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis(MSA) and SPC
• 对于PPAP，和质量管理工具：FMEA，控制计划，检测分析，过程控制分析要有很好的理解。

• Monitor PPM targets, and improve it.
• 统计每月的PPM值，并要不断改善。

POSITION DETAILS

• Candidate must be knowledgeable on Part development activity like Supplier selection, Supplier Audit, Supplier approval, Improvement as per audit findings, part manufacturing process, Inspection of each and every dimension during prototype development, Preparation of PPAP documents along with supplier and maintain.
• 侯选人必须要有零件的开发管理方面的知识与经验：供应商的选择，供应商审核，供应商的改进措施，零件的制造工艺，在样品开发阶段的尺寸以及其它要求的复检与检测，培训供应商完成PPAP文件，并维护。
