职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Maintains and improves product quality by audits;
2. Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers, internal manufacturing and customers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities;
3. Stategically lead performance improvements projects in an effort to increase production capability consistently meeting Soprema requirements. Projects may include: Process analysis, process capability and throught output analysis, 6-Sigma;
4. 5S and Kaizen events will be an advantages;
5. Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
6. Achieves product quality Assurance Objectives by stablishing a quality assurance program, contribute to obtaining quality standard certifications such as ISO9000, ATSM, FM, etc…
7. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
8. Assess quality of suppliers by conduct supplier audit to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuos improvement; Work, in cooperation with R&D and technical, to resolve key suppliers technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply; Aide in cooperation with R&D, Manufacturing in the evaluation and qualification of new raw materials suppliers;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Major in Building Material, Polymer , Chemistry engineer, Material Science or other related
3. 5+ years working relevant experience in plastic companies
4. 2+ years in the quality management position.
5. Good understanding of quality tools, such as 6 Sigma and TQM and quality improvement tools such as Pareto chart, Cause &Effect diagram, and Control Chart, etc.
6. Professional skill in leadership and team management
7. Skilled in communication and coordination
8. Good team-playing spirit
9. Excellent oral and written English skill
10. Good at MS office and ERP system
