职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Effective communication to customer various enquiries to provide professional service
? Process export orders into ERP system timely, ensure order entry accuracy and changes on time if any
? Consolidation Order detail and packing information in and coordinate on delivery schedule
? Order acknowledge to customer within designated timeline
? Provide related Sales Contract for overseas payment if necessary
? Coordinate AR detail checking with customer and inform finance to issue invoice
? Track open orders implementation status on a daily base
? Resolve potential order fulfillment problems and expedites orders as needed to ensure customer requirements are met
? Play a key role in dealing with customer complaints, coordination with related partners
? Familiar with export process and coordinate with logistics team to fulfill exportation

Qualifications:
? Minimum bachelor degree with at least 2 years in manufacturing environment
? Good spoken and written English
? Excellent spreadsheet/document office software interfacing skills
? Passionate in customer experience
? Leadership skills driving projects with inter-departments 举报 分享
