职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for all testing function: ICT and functional
- Focus on ICT software development, ICT calibration etc.
- Line automation including modify customer consigned FCT which are added in the auto portion to reduce operator handling time.
- Do DFT and support CFTL test quotation.
-Oversee all test procedures and documentation is accurate and up to date
-Oversee calibration and proper maintenance is carried out on all test equipment
-Interact with subcontractors and suppliers for fixtures, tooling and contracts
-Responsible for records and reports to upper management and other related departments
-Schedule testers and technicians according to support production schedule
-Knowledge of test procedures and schematics
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of ICT theory and function (preferably Genrad, Agilent)
Electronic theory and engineering
Management of team or individual experience
Good communication skills
Demonstrate good problem solving skills
Good English communication and writing ability
5 years minimum Test department leader
