Resposibilities/岗位职责：
1.Build up and maintain database of transformer production capacity, engineering capacity and engineering level.
建立并维护变压器生产能力、工艺能力和工艺水平数据库
2.Responsible for daily transformer production engineering and maintenance support.
对变压器生产工艺和设备维修的日常支持。
3.Responsible for transformer sustainable development suggestion and implementation.
持续改进提高的建议和方案实施。
4.Create safety environment, take charge of the high risk process as equipments install and prototype produce and lead in frond line
负责生产现场安全状况，直接负责并现场指导设备调试和试制样机等安全隐患大的工作
5.Make sure the prototype production to match the schedule in right quality and cost, coordinating relevant department to solve the shop floor problems quickly
根据样机试制计划，协调相关部门迅速处理生产上存在的问题，确保样机保质保量的完成
6.Develop and maintain the 5S work in the working area.
改善和维护生产现场的5S工作
7.Manage the material, equipments and tools in the manufacturing area
在制造区域进行物料，设备，工具的管理
8.Conform routine quality and Team Leader, Group Leader’s check record, quality awareness to operators
确认产品质量和核查班组长的检查记录,培养员工严谨的质量意识
9.Participate in activities relevant other departments which for production, especially in process trials(changes in process)
参与其他部门在生产上的相关活动,特别是工程试验(工程变更)
10.Work together with production manager to achieve the KPI，and corrective actions
协助生产经理落实车间的KPI,纠正生产过程中不正常的活动
11.Bring up the team leader
发掘并培养管理人员
12.Team morale
团队建设
13.On-going continuous improvement activities( Includes productivity, quality ,safety, cost)
推动持续改进的活动(包括生产力，质量，安全，成本)

Qualifications/任职资格：
1.college degree or above
大专以上学历
2.At least 2 years manufacturing managements
2年以上生产管理经验
3.Two years Transformer experience..
两年变压器经历
4.Familiar with relevant standard, design process and manufacturing process flow of Transformer industry. Relevant knowledge, A certain analysis and problem solving ability, be able to deal with working issues in the area.
熟悉变压器行业相关标准，设计流程，制造工艺流程，具有一定的相关专业知识，一定的分析、解决问题的能力、能处理本专业内的工作问题。
5.Good English in reading and writing, Good spoken English is preferable
英语读写能力良好，英语口语良好者优先
6.Good MS office skill, esp. PPT and Excel
良好的Office软件应用技能，特别是PPT和Excel
